The Ontario Building and Construction Tradeswomen (OBCT) committee is building awareness among women in Ontario about the benefits of a career in trades, such as - financial independence, job stability, benefits & pension, and growth opportunities.
The OBCT also seeks to retain the women who have already chosen a career in trades through support, training, peer mentorship, research, and collective advocacy.
