The Ontario Building and Construction Tradeswomen (OBCT) is creating a video for each trade, while highlighting woman who are subject matter experts on everything relating to her specific trade! Each video focuses on a specific trade and a day-in-the-tasks that the woman undertakes as apart of her job. Each woman also speaks about their journey, their experiences when joining and working within the trades, and the benefits that retain them to our industry.
Each video highlights the compensation, benefits, opportunities, and educational requirements that are specific to that trade. We know that this film series will be a valuable tool for recruitment of women into skilled trades careers for years to come.
