Mental Health First Aid Standard Virtual (self-directed + virtual classroom)
Participants will learn and practice social interactive skills and develop confidence in personal abilities to help themselves and others while on and off the job. Mental Health First Aid Canada is an evidence-based program of The Mental Health Commission of Canada.

About the Event
Please note this training includes 3 Modules. Module 1 is self-directed, and Module 2 and Module 3 take place in the virtual classroom over two days - Saturday March 15 & Saturday March 22, 2025, 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Your attendance will be confirmed by the course facilitator, Cindy Krysac, once we've received your registration. Please respond to any emails you may receive from Cindy.
Module 1: Registered participants will be required to complete the 2 hour self-directed Module 1 by 8pm Thursday March 13, 2025 to be provided access to Module 2 & 3.
Module 2: Participants who complete Module 1 will be provided Zoom access for Saturday March 15, 2025 from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm (3 1/2 hours of virtual class time)
